Garden of Eden

• Situated on the ground floor, the main dining restaurant of the resort, the Garden of Eden, serves a selection of specialties from around the world.
• Theme evening buffets offer a range of Arabic, Continental and Asian dishes, among others, to satisfy the most discerning palate. Children's favorites are also available at the buffet during breakfast and dinner.

Temptations

• Temptations, the Resort's fine dining restaurant, is a truly unique experience and offers you a setting that is elegant and intimate while striking a balance between contemporary innovation and classic continental cuisine.
• The restaurant's cuisine features the freshest ingredients prepared with imagination and flair in its variety of continental dishes.
• Unique to Temptations is the modern wine cellar: a column of glass and light showcasing an exquisite selection of fine wines to accompany tantalizing dishes. The sommelier will offer wine recommendations for every dish.

Chameleon Cáfe

• With a choice of seating outdoors or indoors seating, the Chameleon Café is the resort's 24-hour coffee shop. Serving snacks, fresh salads, delicious entrés and special blends of tea and coffee, the Chameleon Cáfe is perfect for a relaxed meal.
• The timber deck area overlooking the swimming pool provides outdoor seating for 50 people
• Evening entertainment includes the latest selection of music, videos and a pool table. Margaritas and other exotic cocktails and mocktails are a part of the extensive beverage list at the Chameleon Café, making it a favourite among our guests.

Captain's Deck (Lounge Bar)

Spa

Anti-Stress Massage (40 minutes)

• This combined therapy focuses on your head, neck and shoulder, where tensions accumulate.
• It will ease away feelings of fatigue and tiredness. The special oils used are extracts from plants, flowers and roots, and they act as relaxants to soothe nerves and muscles; they release a state of general well being.

Back & Spine massage (20 minutes)

• Using natural indigenous oils high in therapeutic value, this delicate massage will relieve the pain and stiffness of the muscles and lower back region. It is also designed to improve blood circulation and stimulate the nervous and muscular systems.

Full Body Massage (60 minutes)

• This head to toe massage, performed by two therapists, is highly recommended to boost self- confidence, relieve stress and overcome fatigue. It corrects and prevents disorders caused by affliction of the nervous system.
• Especially prepared oils penetrate the skin in order to loosen and relax joints, stimulate blood circulation and improve overall well being.

Shiatsu Royal Body Massage (45 minutes)

• A Shiatsu massage is recommended to alleviate insomnia, fatigue, body aches and poor blood circulation.
• The technique used for this specialized treatment involves the application of finger pressure to vital points and energy meridians in the body which is intended to stimulate the body's inner powers of balance and healing.

Foot Reflexology & Foot Spa (45 minutes)

• This treatment is recommended for fast relief from feelings of exertion and tiredness resulting from prolonged travel. It gently eases away fatigue by combining a reflexology foot massage with a refreshing foot bath.

Rejuvenation (90 minutes)

• The natural body rejuvenation treatment detoxifies and nourishes the skin with a rejuvenating body scrub, a body mud wrap and a face mask.
• The treatments remove impurities and dead skin cells created by polluted environments and harnesses the healing properties of natural herbs. Recommended for busy and highly active personalities, this package includes the Vichy Shower, a hydro analgesic soak in the Diane bath and a moisturising body splash.

Revitalisation (90 minutes)

• In this treatment the whole body is wrapped in warm and highly mineralized detoxifying and exfoliating natural mud. Applied to nourish skin, eliminate impurities and improve skin tone, the salinity in this wrap penetrates the skin, opens clogged pores and revitalize the body.
• The treatment starts with a body loosening session in the Spa Pool, the Vichy shower and is completed with a mini facial and a moisturising body splash. This is recommended for beauty conscious ladies who take pride in a healthy, glowing skin tone.

Natural Body Wrap (45 minutes)

• Recommended for a tired body that needs a boost, this treatment recharges physical activity and eliminates lethargy.
• This treatment starts with a body loosening session for 15 minutes in the Spa Pool. You can then choose from a natural fruit, vegetable or herbal paste to be applied to your body.

Sauna & Spa Pool Combination (45 minutes)

• This treatment starts with a 15 minute dry sauna session to induce sweating, which will cleanse the body of impurities, then switches to the Hydro Spa Pool to bring down the body temperature whilst undergoing the invigorating 'hydro-pressure' massage. This treatment induces an overall feeling of well being.

Pampering Deep Cleansing & Lymph Drainage Facial (60 minutes)

• This is a refreshing treatment using aromatic oils and natural essences to open pores, steam cleanse, revitalize and hydrate the skin, and eliminate waste substance and toxins from the skin and tissues.
• This reduces puffiness of the face and restores glowing skin. It is ideal for all age groups and recommended after exposure to harsh environments, sunburn and the dehydrating effects of working in an A/C environment.

Herbal Facial Treatment (60 minutes)

• This is an aromatic herbal massage with a natural face mask to cleanse and regenerate skin cells.

Island Indulgence (150 minutes)

• This session stimulates mind and body and is administered to ensure a sense of wellness and well-being.

Experience Ayurveda (2 hours)

• This experience relaxes tense muscles revitalises your body.

Harmony (90 minutes)

• This treatment is an ideal stress reliever and "pick-me-upper" for physical and mental tiredness. It rids fatigue and tension, and refreshes the mind, creating the setting for positive thinking.

"Jet Lag" Relief (135 min)

• This package is formulated to help overcome the stress of travelling and eases the stress and tension which generally occurs from sitting in one position for a long time.
• Commencing with a head to toe body massage using aromatic oils to increase the blood circulation, followed by a foot reflexology and foot spa, thereafter sauna treatment and finally an exhilarating plunge into the Hydro Spa Pool for total relaxation.

Asian Beauty (3 hours)

• A refreshing cleansing treatment programme, using natural anti-ageing ingredients to regenerate new skin cells and maintain the natural balance. This treatment will reveal a glowing complexion and remove all toxic impurities from the body.

Eternal Love (3 hours)

• Designed for couples, this treatment consists of two therapists per couple and is administered in the Deluxe Room, which provides total privacy. It is a truly shared experience.

Adam & Eve (210 minutes)

• Designed for couples, this treatment provides total satisfaction and relaxation. Including body toning and mineralized applications to boost energy levels, the treatments are administered individually in different treatment rooms.
• Couples are the reunited for the second half of the programme in the dry heat sauna and outdoor hydro spa pool.
