The full balance is payable 14 weeks prior to your departure date. This date will be confirmed at the time of booking either online or by an advisor on the telephone. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the tour operator who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their booking conditions.
